Good clean, comfortable accommodation. Was well located to attend event at Eden Park. Bus stop in walking distance. Communication from the owner was professional and prompt. Excellent off street secure parking.

Had everything we needed for a short stay. If staying longer would have benefited from more kitchen supplies such as serving dishes.

The location was good, and the property was clean and tidy, the beds were comfy.

The kitchen was not equipped enough to cook, I would suggest some cutting knives and oven dishes would be helpful, but overall, the place is great.
