Waking distance to malls, restaurants. Easy access to everything. There is a free gallon of water we could use. The place is very nice and tidy. Easy to locate as well.

Nothing really with the property. But we just had a bad experience with the reception staff as they didn’t allow us to sit on the sofa near the elevator while waiting for some of our friends to come down to the lobby from the property. The security guards were rude and shoo as away saying we are not allowed their as it is for homeowners only. We would have understand it if they have said it nicely.

Location (27th floor, penthouse) was great, the only good for this unit. Not the photo above, misleading.

The unit is not properly maintained. All the cabinets and closet are falling off. Old and not maintained. Wall papers are chipping off. Having hard time getting the key, the lady cleaner (caretaker) holds so many keys of the building. A friend who is visiting us was not allowed by the guard to go to the unit.

The only great is the location. We were there for Sinulog festival.

Condo is poorly maintained. Broken walls, Open electriciity outlet,etc. etcThere was a water dispenser that I believe was contaminated. I regretted refilling my water bottle from that dispenser. It was our arrival day & didn’t have the time yet to get grocery. My husband, son & I had gastroenteritis after. Ruined first 6 days of our vacation. We could not eat, could not go out bec we were constantly running to the BR. I was so glad I shorted our booking on this condo before our arrival.

maybe the old furnitures, i am not so sure. the place is very nice, somehow it is outdated.

The location was great, and the size of the apartment.

The Apartment was very dirty, the lamps was full of dead flies, the cover on the sofa, chairs and curtains and rollup blinds was very dirty with big marks on. both the CR needs a heavy cleaning and the sink in top toilet was stopped all the time, many of the light bult was broken in the kitchen was broken so bad light, and there was cockroches anywhere, in the CR, kitchen, leving room and in the bed, really need do something about that. And last, mostly of the floor tiles in the apartment is lose, so when walking on them its moving.
