Berth 6 on Upton Lake, Upton-upon-Severn Home on Water

Beautiful place to stay. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped very well,we could prepare our own meals. The design of the whole house was stunning and very comfortable. I have never stayed in a place clean like this one.Spotless. Felt like home. I would stay there again, no doubt. And the surroundings were so peaceful and beautiful it was very easy to forget about the whole world. That is what you need on your holiday.

Checking out is between 10-11am , member of staff knocked on our door at 9am and walked away.Second time at 10.40am asking if we are leaving at all today. It was a bit odd and uncomfortable

Beautiful peaceful surroundings. The lodge was lovely and comfortable. Very spacious and clean. Nice to see ducks, swans, fish, and other wildlife right outside the lodge

The location was fantastic to explore the area. The actual floating property was beautifully decorated with everything you need. Very unique experience staying on a floating property.

It was very hot in the property when we arrived, so opened the doors and windows. Then when it got dark we realised that some big spiders had come inside. We learnt our lesson and on the next couple of nights made sure to close the windows and doors before dark and it was fine.

It was lovely and modern, everything you could possibly need for a lovely break away. So picturesque and peaceful. Having the swans visiting daily added to our stay.

The only downfall was the spiders and webs. Which I know is nature but oh my goodness there was lots.
