Berth 6 on Upton Lake, Upton-upon-Severn Home on Water

Lovely unique place to stay , so peaceful with daily visits from the swans . Nice walk into Upton where everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return

Does need a bit more attention to cleaning , especially outside the property , couple of basic items missing ie, hairdryer , bread knife, bath mat, instructions for WiFi and tv, emergency contact info etc, had to walk around the marina to find where to leave our rubbish on departure .

Loved the peaceful and tranquil setting. The accommodation was tastefully designed and spotless. Everything was perfect

Location of the house is beautiful, secure parking and a short walk to the floating house. The interior of the house was good and well equipped.

When we arrived there were no balustrades on the narrow sides of the decking. Unfortunately these were all stacked at the front of the deck, in front of the lounge windows along with various bollards, tape, building materials and a dirty ashtray. We were only there for 3 nights and due to the lovely weather we did spend a lot of time on the deck. Unfortunately this was somewhat ruined by the building site surrounding us. Workmen did come onto the house (unannounced) wanting to put up the balustrades. We were there for a relaxing few days so asked them to return when we'd left the following day. Just a warning that anyone can walk on the deck past both bedrooms without any warning. Hopefully these have now been fixed if anyone is wanting to visit with children. I did email the company renting the house but have received no reply or acknowledgement.

Home on the water, quiet and relaxed despite the mixed weather. Enjoyed watching the swans on the lake. Few minutes walk along riverbank to Upton with good pubs and great live music. Easy to get to Malvern hills for walks.

Broken toilet seat which cleaner told us about but was still annoying. Second bedroom was a little too hot.

Very good facilities, clean, wonderfully peaceful location
