Freundlichkeit Personal an Rezeption könnte etwas besser sein!

Location is perfect, the view is quite wonderful as well. There were snacks and water, this was easy to access. I was able to checkin at 4am.

Lighting in the room and bathroom is a bit low. It would be better if it was slightly brighter.

Staff was exceptional and extremely kind, they made sure to check-in constantly and were eager to help if something was amiss. The hotel is located in an excellent point where no taxi or public is really needed, you can walk all around old town. My room was located on the lowest floor ( which meant I didn't get to experience the amazing view from above!) and even on rainy days, the balcony was comfortable, fresh and had any leaks. Even though the street can be a little bit loud at night, it was nothing too annoying and it is a given being in such a central location.

Завтрака нет. Персонал очень дружелюбный и старается помочь по всем вопросам. Каждый день убирают и пополняют бар и напитки. Комната просторная с оборудованной кухней. Стоило бы добавить немного дополнительного освещения Расположение гостиницы отличное- в шаговой доступности до всех достопримечательностей центра города.

La surface de la chambre, le bon goût de l'aménagement, la gentillesse du personnel, les attentions supplémentaires qui m'ont été offertes.

Nice design of the rooms, good location. very friendly staff quickly replying for questions and requests

The noise from the street and from the lobby was loud, had to sleep with earplugs. The room has central AC (additional to the regular conditioner) and it was cold, not obvious how to turn off at night, Too expensive for such facilities
