staff (front desk woman that worked the evening and night shift) was super friendly, great attention to detail and really cared about our stay and our time there. The location of the hotel is great, most of the things can be done by foot.

Our room was on the groundfloor, so it was a little bit noisy. We did have some trouble with other guests making noise at 2 am and the bathroom had a strong smell (sewer-like).

Dome Suite very nice, beautiful, good location, staff responded quickly to any issues. Super comfy bed and a nice bath. The hotel is close to old town but not in it.

It's an old building so cold due to drafts under the front door and into the unheated shower room. The TWO heaters were only just adequate in the main room. No wheelchair access. There are stairs to all suites and many to the Dome room. The Dome room is next to the cleaners room and this is noisy from 8am. The Hotel is at the intersection of several major roads so the rooms can be noisy due to the traffic, police sirens, etc. The floodlights illuminating the building facade mean the room is never really dark at night, even with the curtains around the bed closed. Given these issues, I think the price could be lower.

We stayed at this hotel in April. Everything was wonderful: a beautiful city view, convenient location near the Old Town and Rustaveli Avenue. The staff was also very pleasant and understanding, and they helped us a lot during our stay. We highly recommend it and thank the hotel for a lovely experience!

A beautiful, small boutique hotel with many lovely details that made the stay nice. We tried a ground floor room as well as a room on the 8th floor and both are excellent value for money. The staff was sweet and ready to assist.

The hotel has a lobby on the ground floor and a small lounge but no other public areas - if you don’t have one of the upper floor rooms, you aren’t able to enjoy the views over the city etc. The breakfast arrangement seemed a bit complicated (would have to go to another building/cafe) so we didn’t end up taking it.

Everything was excellent, the location is absolutely stunning, the views from the window are beautiful, and the interior design is stylish and атмосферный. The overall experience was very enjoyable.

The only downside was the lighting in the room and especially in the bathroom, it was quite dim. For women, this is particularly important, for example when doing makeup.
