Free on street parking is available for up to 1 car with a permit provided by the property. Lost/damaged permits are charged at GBP 100. The property is dog-friendly and can accommodate up to 2 dogs maximum. There is a GBP 25 charge per dog per stay and includes a dog bowl, treats and waste bags. All dogs must be kept downstair sand strictly off, of the furniture and beds, and cannot be left unattended in the property. Please note that our only bathroom is located downstairs. Bedrooms are upstairs.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Exceptional"

This cottage was very cute! It was an easy walk to lots in Inverness. Aldi was right around the corner so we could grab snacks and a few things to have on hand. The street was quiet and off the tourist path.

We loved the quirky decor and the location a stone’s throw from the River Ness.

The bathroom was on a different floor to the bedrooms.

The kitchen was a great size for cooking, and very comfortable living area. The bedrooms were a good size as well for bags etc.

That you only had a parking permit for 1 car.

Clean comfortable cottage with everything needed for a two night stay in Inverness. The cottage is walking distance to the Castle , city centre and great restaurants. Can recommend Waterfront for great food and friendly staff. I recommend Wells Street Cottage for your stay.

"Cutest little cottage!"

The location was great! Within walking distance to a lot of things, and the property is so cute! The property is fully renovated and has adorable decor, to include a beautiful mural on one wall. I would absolutely stay here again!

Honestly, nothing - the property was great and the host was awesome.
