Everything about this stay was perfect! The location, the facilities, the home, the host Kate is wonderful. Everything we could have possibly needed and more were supplied. The views are unreal..the decor is unreal...just perfection. Highly recommended. We will be coming back :)

"Exceptional"

We stayed at the house during the May Bank Holiday with three families (including five young children). The home is spacious for 10 people, very clean, styled with beach-inspired aesthetics and full of personal touches. The kitchen is well equipped for large groups, making it a joy to cook and dine while taking in the stunning sea views. The kids loved exploring the house—especially the large bathroom with the stand-alone bathtub, which they dubbed the ‘King’s bathroom’. The location is directly opposite a picturesque, quiet pebble beach (far more peaceful than the main Folkestone beaches). Kate is a great host; she ensured a smooth check-in and was very responsive to any questions. Blessed with hot weather, both kids and adults had an unforgettable time at the house and beach. We highly recommend this home and would love to return soon!

"Beautiful house"

House was beautifully spacious, light & clean, lovely views of the beach.

Nothing really, only plus would have been a driveway as some of us struggled to find a space nearby

Best accommodates our group size of 10. The location is beachfront so it is very good for group of families like us.

There was no sponge and kitchen cloth to wipe tables and kitchen counters

"Een comfortabel verblijf in een charmant huis."

De eigenaar heeft echt aan alles gedacht. Het huis is gezellig ingericht en zeer goed uitgerust. Het zicht op zee is ook heel fijn.

Tussen het huis en het strand zit een drukke baan die lawaai veroorzaakt. Dat deed het plezier van het zeezicht een beetje teniet. Maar verder is het goed gelegen.

Beautiful property and location. Spotlessly clean.

Hard mattress in main bedroom so didn’t sleep very well. Also one of the duvets in the twin room was very thin so too cold!
