Very well presented and a great location. Host was also very helpful.

The host was exceptional. Separate shower and bath. Kitchen and laundry facilities. Selected the property for its facilities and proximity to the Lake District but were completely captivated by the little town (and surroundings) which offers so much including its own supermarket and brewery (with great coffee!), bakery, butcher and ice creamery plus wonderful walks and views. A great place to unwind and relax.

The property was wonderful - located centrally in Kirkby Lonsdale - and equipped with everything you could need! There was a generous welcome basket including fresh milk and eggs, and there were flowers and fairy lights dotted throughout that added to the cute, cosy atmosphere on our arrival. Comfortable beds and lovely facilities made for a perfect stay

The outside seating wasn’t very private when the neighbouring houses were also outside, but everyone was very friendly and welcoming!

Property was clean,tidy and thoughtfully decorated. The owner provides in detail all the facilities and household items you may need. Good central location. The owner was easily contactable as and when necessary.

As discussed with the owner during our stay there were “plumbing” issues in main bathroom and second floor toilet. Did not realise parking was not a designated space outside property but we did manage to get a space close to property throughout our stay.

Lovely little cottage

Dining table and bar stools impossible to access by my wife and me. Low sofas with no back support were uncomfortable.

Location.. Beautiful cottage fabulous finishing touches .. Perfect size for 2 couples .. Host Trisha was amazing with her treats all completely.. Definitely will be going back .

Good central location and very clean.

The second double bedroom had no private bathroom. Neighbours parking in residents parking space. Dining table unsuitable, too high and eating on high stools not good.

Great location, well furnished and decorated. Kitchen well equipped. The little details and the attention to creating a welcoming holiday stay. Top drawer! Would definitely recommend.
