Excellent location and property! Beautiful inside & out, with every home comfort you can imagine. Stylish & comfy from the sofas and beds to the little finishing touches & luxurious soft furnishings. Located just at the end of Main Street, everything is on your doorstep!

Nothing! Maybe parking could be an issue but there are plenty of spaces around the village. We were lucky to grab a space right outside.

"A great experience for sisters wanting to enjoy time together in comfort"

This is our 3rd visit so we knew we were going to enjoy a comfortable and chilled break. Comfy beds in each rooms. Log fire etc. Cottage well equipped with everything needed for our three day stay. Trisha in touch and on hand if any problems occur. The wine and other goods left much appreciated. Will most likely visit again.

"Amazing!"

OMG we loved everything!! The cottage was just perfect, so beautifully decorated, comfortable and pleasure to come home to after a long day out. The host left the most amazing welcome package. It is so central to the shops, pubs, restaurants in the village. A short drive to the Lakes District. 20 out of 10!!

The cottage, which is situated in the quaint old town, is just beautifully presented and well equipped throughout. A cosy, comfortable and tranquil place to stay. This little gem is in a great location. The beds were really comfortable and interior design had lovely features.

The bathrooms were both en-suite but it couldn’t have been done differently, it didn’t matter to us but may not suit everyone.
