"Gem in the Old City"

Location was excellent; Breakfast was not included, but the host furnished many snacks and amenities in the apartment.

The only things I didn't like were in the nature of apartments in the Old City in Genoa -- ie, the buildings are walk-ups; the common areas are not polished, and there are some aspects of the Old City that are not the best -- vagrants; rodents and the like -- but again, that is the nature of the Old City. This apartment and host were excellent in every way.

petit déjeuner trés diversifié, grand choix proposé par l hôte accueil chaleureux, explications détaillées sur l habitation et renseignements sur la découverte de la ville situation de l appartement plein centre donc très pratique à pieds parking à 5min à pieds avec tarif préférentiel grâce à l hôte communication facile , Andréa est attentioné avec ses vacanciers

"Als locatie uitstekend: vlak bij Via San Luca, Via Garibaldi en Porta Antico"

Locatie optimaal, in het hart van middeleeuws Genua. Alle nodige voorzieningen voor een comfortabel verblijf zijn ruim aanwezig, zowel voor de keuken, living als voor slaapruimte en badkamer. Opvallend stil, al zit je pal in het centrum

Voor een 81+sser als ik waren de 83 treden wat veel, al begrijp ik dat het plaatsen van een lift in die oude gebouwen moeilijk is. Het mooie en ruime terras was slechts te bereiken via een smal steil trapje, wat moeilijk is voor iemand die niet goed te been is.

"Andrea was a delight and the apartment was really comfortable and well-appointed."

The kitchen was well stocked for breakfast! Everything about the apartment was great. It was nice having a smart tv, too. Andrea, our host, was super helpful.

The number of stairs getting to the top floor were trying, but the apartment itself was great and we loved the rooftop terrace.

Freundlichkeit von Andrea und seine guten Tipps für Ausflüge / Restaurants.

Der Zugang zum Haus erfolgt erfolgt über eine etwas schummrige / stinkende Gasse. War aber kein Problem.
