Beliggenheten, var nær riverwalk, mange restauranter med mer. Likte også at det var eget basseng tilknyttet leilighetskomplekset.

Burde oppgradert møblene på balkongen. Mangler litt utstyr og blant annet vaskemiddel.

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is clean and perfect for a stay in downtown tampa. You are very close to places to eat and other attractions. The owner is always available and perfect instructions. Will return!

Não tem 2 quartos, e sim um sofá cama na cozinha. O proprietário não respondia as perguntas, só enviava mensagem automática

הדירה הייתה מאוד נקייה ומסודרת ומלאה בכל הדברים שצריך. ניכר שהם חשבו על כל הדברים הקטנים שמתארח צריך. הבניין ברמה גבוהה מאוד וגם הדיירים. יש חדש כושר ענק, וחניה חינם. הצוות שלח הוראות ברורות ומדויקות לגבי קבלת החדרים, החניה וכו׳ ונראה שהוא מאוד מקצועי.

Super sauber modern - zentrale Lage - toller Gastgeber der laufen präsent ist und informiert - sowohl das Hauptschlafzimmer als auch der Wohnbereich super toll - ebenso das Bad und der Schrankraum - Objekt toll überwacht- man fühlt sich sicher wie im Pentagon

das 2 Zimmer ist kein vollwertiges Zimmer sondern ein Abteil mit einem Couchbett - dieses muss unbedingt gegen ein vollwertiges Bett getauscht werden- es kann ja der Schreibtisch entfallen! Das die Parkpässe auch zur (letzten) Ausfahrt benötigt werden und erst nach dem Verlassen der Garage wieder in das Appartement gebracht werden müssen,sollte vorher bereits in den sonst perfekten Unterlagen stehen!

Let’s start with the good - the parking is included (even though you have to count in an extra 30 min for check in and check out), apartment is spacious and clean. Nice views and pool.

The communication with the owners was just terrible. Our 7 year old son left his bag in the apartment after checking out and we kindly asked if they could help us to get it back. No response for couple of days, then again, asking for a tip just because the cleaners left the bag at the the concierge. We offered the tip if the bag was managed to be sent back to us, but bringing it downstairs? Just rude! And that was kids bag! Unfortunately from my side I can only say that even though the premises were nice I would not stay in this place just because of the attitude. And we also did everything what the owner asked form us and left the apartment tidy and with the washing machine on!

I really appreciate quick responsiveness of the host. The apartment looked exactly as it shows - which is awesome (not just staged). My girlfriend and I had a great time staying here, it's close to a highway and multiple restaraunts. I will definitely stay here again , when I am back to Fl.

The apartment is spacious with a good view of downtown Tampa. Also, the apartment is located near the elevators which was a plus. The location is excellent. When I travel the unit must have a balcony because I love to sit on the balcony early in the morning and read a book or play a game so the balcony was just what I needed.

I would have liked to have more than one key. Other than that, everything was great.
