The location is amazing for anything at the Etihad and so are the views. The apartment was cleaned well and fresh towels provided. Staff were very helpful and replied to messages quickly.

The apartment is quite run down and needs updating. New kitchen cupboard doors and a lick of paint on the walls would go a long way!

Checked into this property and it hadn’t been cleaned from the night before. Very disappointing Host made an excuse due to the traffic. The only tithing that saved this property was the cleaning company ELITE.

Horrible experience, Bed sheets were covered in hair - clearly had not been cleaned. There were holes in the walls and blood everywhere.

The location, parking and balcony view was excellent. Having a lift was brilliant and the apartment was very roomy. The £250 deposit was paid back straight away.

Everything looked good quality on the internet pictures, but unfortunately all the fixtures and fittings and bathroom and kitchen, was old, shabby and very poorly maintained. It would be so easy to make that into a luxury apartment.... however, I get it - we then would not have booked it, as it would be too expensive.

Insgesamt ruhige Lage. In ca. 10 min sind die Haltestellen Philips Park (Bus) und Velopark (Bus + Tram) fußläufig erreichbar. Alternativ kann man am Kanal entlang ins Zentrum laufen. Sauberkeit der Badezimmer war okay, Bett war auch in Ordnung. Auf dem Balkon kann man mit Blick auf das Etihad-Stadion frühstücken. Die Kaution gab es zeitnah zurück.

Beim Betreten der Wohnung nach dem vergleichsweise komplizierten Check-in waren wir etwas schockiert. Man zahlt 250 £ Kaution, aber fragt sich direkt, wofür überhaupt. Die ganze Wohnung müsste eigentlich renoviert werden. Auf dem Teppich möchte man barfuß nicht laufen. Die Küche möchte man am liebsten gar nicht benutzen, vor allem Herd und Kühl-/Gefrierschrank sind in schlechtem Zustand. Spüllappen haben wir selbst gekauft, Trockentücher oder Handtücher gibt es nicht (immerhin pro Person ein Duschtuch). Auch die sonstige Ausstattung ist eher mäßig, die Küchenschränke sind größtenteils leer, aber dafür gibt es eine dreckige, stinkende Fritteuse. Es gibt auch keinen Fön, aber Bügeleisen und -brett. Alles in allem ist der hohe Preis für die Unterkunft nicht gerechtfertigt.
