GBNice room, warm, comfortable bed, really good night sleep. Even let us check out free of charge after 10am. Nice view of the sea, good value for money
Could of provided a hand towel provided as-well as the shower towels. Deposit required when check in, which was a shock. It was fine though i got my money back when checked out.
DEIt is a former, typical residential building with just a few rooms. It has recently been extensively renovated so that the rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition. The owner is not on site, but has the house managed by employees who do this very attentively. The electronic door and gate opening system works perfectly. The location is close to the beach and especially the bus stop No. 23, which took us very reliably and often to the city centre and back (£2 each way, everything on the bus is super easy with a card, often very helpful drivers). Breakfast very good at Cafe Fresco in the park.
You can't seriously ask for a deposit for a hotel room. I was expecting bad company, but it didn't turn out that way. The £50 deposit was at least refunded in cash at the end, even if that seemed to be a problem at first. The young man seemed to be a bit uncomfortable about this, but he responded well to our disconcertment.

Other people staying at the accommodation. were not considerate of others - very noisy at night coming in the property and moving around. Several people shouting!
