Penthouse Noir - Wyndale Living - Central BHam 2BR

Great central location and lovely city views

Nowhere in the listing or the welcome email does it explain the floor or the apartment number. The building security/concierge did not recognise the name ‘Penthouse Noir’ and I wasted a full 30 mins once inside the building trying the keys in various locks - very embarrassing as the majority of the other apartments are residential. One lady in the apartment above (note despite the name, this is not actually on the top floor!) said this happened all the time. Please sort this out. Basic comms.

The property was in a location 5 minute walk from the train station. As you leave the front door you have numerous bars restaurants in the same street! Property was spacious, balcony was a lovely area to sit and view all the Christmas markets! Lovely and warm. Bathrooms were excellent and a very modern property.

I have travelled much, stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels BUT this Penthouse is really the best I have stayed in. Ultra modern, cosy and has the 'WOW' factor. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Nothing, I couldn't gain access to the property.

The host of this property uses a booking system requiring you to fill in quite detail prior to gaining access instructions. The system failed several times, before and on the day, I was left not knowing whether I would be able to gain access. I reached out to them, they told me to keep trying, which I did, with no joy. In the end I booked another hotel and have spent almost two months trying to get my money back through them amd booking.com to no avail. I think this host is happy to scam you, take your money and not give you access forcing you to book somewhere else.

The apartment was large and spacious. It was very well decorated and designed, so felt stylish. The location is great, it’s right in the centre of the city with loads of bars and restaurants right outside and a supermarket right down stairs

The beds were tiny! For such a large a well designed apartment it was a real surprise that it had small double beds. We had very uncomfortable nights sleep. Please invest in at least king size beds Also there were 3 small mis matched mugs, we had to ask our guests to bring their own for coffee.
