Penthouse Noir - Wyndale Living - Central BHam 2BR

The property was in central Birmingham which was amazing, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The penthouse it self was very cosy and warm. All the facilities were working perfectly and if I did encounter any issues someone was always available to get hold of, and in this instance it was Maria. So thank you so much Maria for making my stay amazing.

The hot water wasn’t working this morning and apparently there is a booster that I could not locate.

Location was good in the city, but very noisy until about 2 in the morning.

Was not cleaned, when we got there! Very cold, could not get the living room warm and no hot water for a shower or to wash up.

Everything went well from the staff to staying indoors. When ordering food was quite hard but wasn’t that bad

The property has a luxurious feel when you get inside, very nicely decorated, great amenities for the guest to use.

The property was quite cold and didn’t seem to heat up, despite trying to turn the heating up. The shower was also not the best in the morning, as the water was cold for my partner despite me showering for 10mins just before he went to get in.

We loved having as much space as we did in the living area especially. Our little girl had a great time walking around! The kitchen is well stocked and the Tesco downstairs was perfect for making breakfast and getting some quick late snacks. The location is so convenient for Birmingham New Street as well. We enjoyed the penthouse view event in winter. We stayed for my sister's graduation at Symphony Hall and this was also very convenient as it was three stops away on the tram with metro stops at the bottom of the street. We genuinely would book here again if needed!

Initially we could not locate a couple of essentials in the apartment, however contact with the property host was quick and clear.

Spacious & bright apartment with floor to ceiling windows, which opened out onto a large furnished balcony terrace.great views over the city centre. the apartment was warm & beautifully lit when we arrived.beautiful, tasteful decor with full instructions for settings and appliances.and just a short walk from new street station.

Nothing we didn't like.

The apartment was super clean, well decorated, warm, homely, and right in the thick of the town.

The key collection arrangement was really taxing for someone new to Birmingham. However, after I located the shop everything was excellent.

The shop was two minutes away from the property and easy to find

Would be better with king size beds not doubles, if there were more of you staying
