The balcony was lovely, really nicely decorated, lots of choice of chairs for comfort, cute lights of a night-time.

The broken blinds all over the living area meant there was definitely no way of closing them. A bigger TV would suit the room too. The beds were very small doubles and the window didn't open wide in the smaller bedroom making it very hot

Plenty of space.

Hot water ran out after 10 mins of washing dishes. On both days! Contact people don’t care. Sent up teen messages over both platforms. 1 reply. Never bothered to get back to say what should be done. It’s in the middle of the busiest street for night life. Getting the key and dropping it back is a nightmare for where it’s situated. Parking overnight is extortionate.

The location is perfect for walking to the shopping center Bullring, restaurants, museums, other entertainment, and the train station Grand Central. The balconies are nice, especially in the sun, and there is good furniture on them.

Location was great on daytimes, short distance to everything we needed but the nightlife noise was too much. Fire alarm in the building is broken. One night we came home and the fire alarm had gone on, two trucks from the fire department were in front of the house. They said it was an false alarm. Later that fire alarm went active again, 30 minutes later the fire department came again. They checked it again, same problem in another apartment. That process took around 2 hours. After that we noticed the fire alarm was deactivated and always beeping at the entrance, very untrustworthy. One of the showers is broken, it is either too hot or cold. Mattress in one of the bed wasn't good quality and two people, 1 adult (27) and 1 children (13) didn't sleep well there. Mattress in the bedroom with the toilet was much much better. Sleeping couch is not good.
