Everything was excellent about the property

The location was good, in the heart of the city centre close to New Street Station and the event we were attending

I travel alot for work, and I would NOT recommend this to business travellers as the so called, luxury apartment was far from luxury! The smell of Cannabis from a neighbouring apartment could be smelt as you approach the front door but also made the apartment have a strong smell during our stay. The bed are low, poor quality mattresses and towels, and showers either boiling hot or freezing cold! So we had cold showers. If I didn't have my colleague with me I would have gone and booked into a hotel as it didn't feel safe for a female solo traveller. You habe to collect the keys from a local news agent, which isnt convinent. Appalled! This is on booking.com

Property is nicely decorated and has everything that you may need to few days.

I was let down by owners. I have requested late check in and owners ensured me that this won’t be a problem and they extended the check in time. However, when I arrived key nest was NOT available and owners switched off their phones. Emergency contact was hanging up my calls. I had to an extra night in the nearby hotel. It was awful experience. If you need to check in late, avoid this accommodation as owners are not responsible and you will end up staying somewhere else.

Beautiful apartment and very convenient location.

Awful loud music on the street below the apartment till 3am both mornings. Sadly we didn't get much sleep.
