The apartment is really spacious and lovely in interior design. I loved the balcony and the location.

The elevator was bit of obstacle. Only two people fits, not because of the left size, but there is a problem with the weight alarm.. Other than that the apartment was amazing

"We had a late night planned, so an overnight stay in town was a good idea and the apartment perfect"

The location is great for breakfast and the nightlife of central Birmingham, being right on New Street. We looked the penthouse location with views over the streets below.

The only thing was the shortage of hot water in the morning for showers. The first shower was warm, then lukewarm and the 3rd was chilly.

Excellent location. Close to station, shops, Christmas market , restaurants Apartment very welcoming on arrival with fake fire lights on and sparkly Christmas tree.

Beds were small doubles, very low and extremely uncomfortable . Some maintenance issues… lightbulbs not working, bathroom fan broken,
