Great location in Birmingham. Really close to Birmingham New Street Station so easily accessed from the airport. We stayed in February so it was a bit cold and wet to use the terrace but in sunny weather it would have been amazing. Others have commented on the beds being quite small but they are really comfortable. Also, check in information is shared beforehand but does require a bit of reading to understand what you need to do and where you need to go.

Upon arrival, we were told by the shopkeeper at the newsagents around the corner that they didn't have the keys and suggested we try the shop a few doors up.

The smell at the entrance to the property was unbearable, and the security entrance didnt lock, which is far from ideal, especially in the city centre.

Hunt the key Then the door Then the apartment Dirty bedding, missing vertical blinds Then the key drop off at 10 was closed until 11!

Super spacious and clean and top facilities 👍 Less than 5 minutes walk from Birmingham New Street station and super close to shops, bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.
