Big 4 BR Flat with Bathtub by CPH City Hall Square

Spacious living areas, good location

Lights on the stairs are not staying on and sometimes you are going in the complete darkness. Would be nice to have some coffee /tea/sugar in the apartment and a bit more storage spaces in the bedrooms

It was very big, also too big for us, but still the cheapest choice. Also very close to everything. So pretty great! Recommendable.

The property didn’t seem to have been cleaned when we arrived. There were old popcorn and potato in the living room, which we didn’t understand. There might also be a rat problem in the socket of the house. We saw rats running in under the door into the socket of the house. We don’t know if this has any further or big issues.

The apartment was spacious and conveniently located in a lively neighborhood.

There was a lot happening outside at night, which wasn't an issue for us, but if you need a quiet environment to sleep, this may not be the right place for you. We were very disappointed to find that the bathroom odor mentioned by others was still a problem during our stay. Additionally, the coffee machine was completely unusable and broken. While we understand that things can go wrong, the odor was truly unacceptable; there is clearly something that needs to be addressed. We found it difficult to use the second bathroom because of the smell. The response we received was to open a window, and they mentioned that someone would come to take a look. However, we stayed for three nights, and no one ever came to address the issue. After reading other reviews, I initially thought people might have been exaggerating about the smell, but they were not. If this odor were resolved, the place would be great. Unfortunately, it was so bad that we had to keep several windows open in the apartment throughout our stay. The back-and-forth communication about how to handle the situation was quite frustrating. I was on vacation; it's not my job to manage your property or send pictures of what was happening and to mitigate the odors from the bathroom.

We had issues with the showers. The smaller bathroom flooded very quickly when using the shower. The bigger bathroom shower drain was blocked. We were given only one set of keys which was an issue for when we split up. Would have liked two sets of keys. More towels and toilet paper were needed too.

There was a horrendous smell of sewer, we had to keep the window open for all our stay.

Too loud until midnight because of the bars & restaurants across the street

Enough bedrooms for our group size. Large kitchen. Large living room. Two full bathrooms.
