"Perfect als je eigen vervoer hebt."

Parkeren en e-bikes. Zonder fietsen zou de locatie minder aantrekkelijk zijn.

Beetje krap toilet, maar per saldo viel alles mee.

Bien equipado. Bicicleta eléctrica gratis. El anfitrión te recoje y te lleva a la estación de metro.

Limpieza de la habitación a media estancia ya que estuve dos semanas y no cambiaron ni las sábanas.

"A cozy, convenient stay that made our Kyoto trip feel completely effortless."

We loved our stay so much! The room was spotless and really comfortable. The location is super convenient — close to Kinkakuji, and only about 40 minutes by bus to Eikando Temple. It’s just a short walk to the bus stop, and the host even offered pick-up and drop-off to the nearest subway station, which was a lifesaver because Kyoto doesn’t allow large luggage on buses. Since the house is a bit farther from the city center, the buses were usually empty by the time we boarded — super nice and stress-free. There’s also a grocery store about 15 minutes away, perfect for grabbing snacks or breakfast items. Overall, such a cozy, smooth, and pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

The facility was clean, self sufficient and spacious. The availability of washing machine was very handy. The facility offered a pickup from the subway station on arrival The check in and check out process was very smooth. It was a quiet neighbourhood .

The distance from the subway station is a bit too long. This is already informed to us and doesn't affect in the morning when you are off to work. But when you start walking back after the day's work in the evening it appears longer and never ending. So please keep this in mind while booking
