Most formidable resort, with scrupulous attention to detail, spacious and nicely decorated villas, clean and well maintained pools, luxury amenities, complimentary minibar refreshments, comfortable beds, linens and towels, clean water dispensers, free local sim cards, splendid massages, and great breakfast menu offered until... you'll be surprised... 5 p.m, with an option of free delivery straight to the villa. The list can be endless, but the bottom line is, that our experience in this hotel stands out from many other 5 star resorts around the world, which we were lucky to experience. One very notable aspect of service was the flexibility of communication ways with the hotel. Apart from classic internal phones present in every hotel, Waka Villa also offers communication via Whatsapp and Telegram with fast response timings and which proved to be very convenient. The feature that stood out the most to us is their hospitality. They make you feel special from the very first moment you arrived. Unforgettable stay. Bravo, Waka Villa Resort team!

This resort is very well thought! Free laundry every two days, daily room service, staff go above and beyond - they are like a family with the way they care for you. Free WIFI - you don't need travel adapters!! My room's sensor light was triggered due to the plants outside, they fixed it immediately! 2 electricians and job done in 15mins! We got a beautifully decorated room, with free fruit basket. They have a coffee machine and water filter system for filling up water bottles too. A very thoughtful design and layout and there is Netflix on the tv - I just have to sign in to use to watch my programs. Breakfast is 7am to 5pm and you can have it anywhere - restaurant, room, poolside etc Cooked food is of high standards too - we did lots of room service as it was too hot to go out some days in April! Free 2 hour bicycle rental and they can organise tuk tuk and transport!

Staff at the property are incredibly professional and hospitable, and made us feel at home. The property located close to town centre had the amenities and comforts of a hotel, complemented by privacy in fully equipped brand new luxury villas. Each villa is exceptionally clean and equipped with all features one needs, delicious breakfast, and cloudy bed.

This place is incredible and one of a kind in Siem Reap. The villa is massive and beautifully decorated. All the furniture, rugs and cups were made in Cambodia by local people. The bathroom is spacious with an open shower and a big bath tub. The bathrobes and towels are of the best quality. Mini bar is stocked daily with free beer and soft drinks. The pool is a great addition and kept spotless like the rest of the villa. But what makes this place truly special is the people - no request is too much for them from booking our Angkor trip a day before or washing our clothes for free last minute. They always smile and try to please their guests. Please try their restaurant. We loved their amok - both vegetarian and fish version. If you want to spend your time in Siem Reap in a luxurious place but without the constraints of a big hotel - it is the place. We will be back and we highly recommend to everyone.

Amazing team. Wonderful environment and the service was exquisite. They made us feel at home and pampered us. Not to mention breakfast until 5pm so if you sleep late of visit the sunrise at Angkor Wat you can come back and enjoy a wonderful meal

The villa is absolutely gorgeous and as is the resort whole. There is a fresh water pool which is such a fantastic addition. The resort also has excellent food which I think is the best in siem reap and service that is unmatched. My friends also took the massages that they said were good too.

The resort is so excellent with their attention to detail. They took excellent care of us that I have nothing bad to say.
