Everything — the villas are lovely, well designed, spacious, and brand new. The pool is big with fresh filtered water with no chemicals. And the service is superior, everyone there is very helpful and nice — it’s like a small family. Our attendant Mr. Samao, took the best care of us throughout our stay, and with a beautiful smile on. We only stayed there for two nights, and I wished we had more time.

There is nothing not to like!

World class experience at this beautiful villa, Waka, which really outclassed the photos seen on website. We are just so impressed with the genuine service, design and the little touch points like bidet toilet bowl, wireless charging, water dispenser with ready hot and cold water and the eat all you can breakfast is actually available till 5pm! You can even order it to be served by the pool or in the villa. Everything is just too good to be true! We felt so much at home and this is thanks to the warm hospitality from the Waka family. We enjoyed the dinner, wine and massage (masseur skill is very good and takes good care of the guest) very much, love the super king size bed and a large private pool. I’m really honoured to be the first Singaporean group to stay here and it’s definitely a place I will come back again when in Siem Reap. Just love the amenities, vibes and facilities. Really appreciate the room upgrade and the awesome, humble and friendly service from Masao (MD), Seam (residence host) and the whole team who have helped to make our stay so memorable! Hope to see you guys again! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Siem Reap!

We have been able to enjoy the start of beautiful new beginnings of a hotel. Incredible welcome and the accommodation even outclassed the photos from booking.com webpage. Absolutely recommended to you are looking for tranquillity in peaceful surroundings. Absolutely recommended!!!!!!!

Everything was perfect! The Waka family is the kindest ! All the staff is extremely friendly, attentive and responsive to your needs and desires. We appreciated every little detail delivered with care by the staff which makes the entire experience of tasteful luxury. As an interior designer, we thought the design was remarkable by its beauty, comfort and sustainability. Breakfast is really good with a large selection. Finally, we had a great massage at the hotel spa and enjoy as well the gym in front of the sunset! All in all, we loved everything!!!

Our stay at Waka villa was truly a wonderful experience. From the first moment we landed at the airport, we were greeted by a very friendly staff with a shuttle that took us to the Waka Villa. The journey from the airport to Villa itself does not take long. Once we arrived, the rest of the staff greeted us with a sincere smile on their faces, and even then it was clear to us that this was going to be a really wonderful stay. We have to mention right away that nowhere during our holiday did we feel like we were at home and like we were with dear friends. The villa itself, where we were accommodated, is a beautiful oasis surrounded by incredible and lush tropical greenery, so that at times you have the feeling that you are in paradise. The villa is beautifully and elegantly decorated with the biggest bed ever and the most comfortable pillows. What really blew us away was the incredible bathroom with a glass wall overlooking palm trees and flowers. What we really didn't expect was that a sim card was waiting for us in the villa, which really made our stay in Siam Reap easier. We really did not expect that gesture and were pleasantly surprised. The staff really did more than we expected to make sure we had everything we needed. They are full of useful tips and were there for anything we needed. They recommended the best restaurants in town and booked us dinner every night. We must especially mention that they organized the best tuk-tuk driver for us, Mina with whom we had the best time ever. Riding a tuk-tuk has never been more fun and Mina made sure at all times that we had cold towels and cold water and juices to refresh us wherever he took us, whether it was to see the Angkor or the city. We definitely recommend Mina for all trips. Also, the staff from Waka Villa organized a guide for us who was a great source of information about the history of Angkor.

Super luxury private villas with excellent pool and interior design. We had individual treatment straight from the airport pickup and felt like special quests! All staff super friendly, smiling and being natural. Everything super well organized by Kim including Angkor Wat trip, travels etc....Breakfast was top taste and evening dining with traditional Fish Amok was outstanding. Amazing big bed much more then european standard... so comfortable ! Not mentioning a washlet! We had also two massages which was the best experience. Overall hard to tell everything but this is hotel is a real gem. I wish I would have booked more then 2 nights. We will come back for sure 😊

Waka Villa is incredible and the staff are amazing they made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We stayed for our honeymoon and the staff made it extra special for us. There isn’t a thing we would have changed. We felt so lucky to have Zam to assist us. He arranged everything for us, from dinner reservations to a sunrise trip to Angkor Wat. We cannot thank him enough for making our stay 100/10!!! The private villas feel really secluded and amongst nature. The villa is really luxurious, and the bathroom felt like a spa. As an architect I had an extra special appreciation fort the stunning interior. We had 2 massages in the spa when we were there, and it was the best massage I have ever had. Breakfast was so delicious and you can order it until 10pm! perfect for a lie in. There are both Thai and western options and you can chose to have it delivered to your room (which we did every day!) or by the main pool or in the restaurant. When we got up to see sunrise at Angkor wat, the hotel provided us with a breakfast picnic box to take which was really kind and much appreciated. It was great to have a gym too, the view overlooking the pool certainly beats my treadmill view at home. This really was a 10/10 trip of a lifetime. We vent recommend it enough!!!
