Amazing, beautiful villas.

This place is beyond beautiful, it was everything we dreamt off and so much more. The villas are stunning, so thoughtfully laid out. Breakfast all day is so amazing. The restaurant is great, the spa is excellent and best of all, the staff are incredible. Special mention to Seam and Mr Sreng who made our trip so unbelievably special. Seam was amazing, from our greeting at the airport right to saying goodbye, he was so friendly and helpful. We felt like VIPs. Seam organised a 2 day tour for us to visit the temples. Mr Sreng drove us and was an incredible tour guide. We loved our time with Mr Sreng. We spent our honeymoon at Waka and wished we'd stayed for 2 more weeks, it was out of this world. We will be back ♥

Having to leave! Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is absolutely the very best hotel in Cambodia and one of our favorite hotels in the whole world. Every person that works in this resort is just fenomenal, most welcoming in the world, it is the most wonderful Family that will make your stay pure magic. We came for 1 night and stayed 8, it was so good. The lush green landscaping makes you feel like you are in the most beautiful tropical jungle resort. The villas are absolutely fantastic in every detail, everything is new, super comfortable and flawless clean. The best housekeeping makes the most beautiful flower arrangements you can think of. The service is just the best of the best. The breakfast is all day long, the food is to die for plus delicious passion fruit juice, plus sweet fresh coconuts all day long, plus fragrant flower leis that will melt your heart, plus wonderful spa treatments, plus free laundry, free city trips, smooth organization of anything you may need and so on. I wish everyone such magical stays like we had here. Great management focused on guests satisfaction. Thank you Kanika, Vanthy, Rathana, Kim, Seam, Sokhieng, Sokhoeurn, Phalla & Phalla, Bosra, Vin, Sineng, Sreylang, Bunny, Thank and everyone who’s name I missed. To are wonderful people!!!!

This amazing resort opened only recently and it is awesome. Everybody is warm and friendly. Villas are very nice, pleasant and feel like home instantly. Food is great too! Concierge has done wonders! Fantastic service!

I don’t usually say anything is excellent because there are always something that can be improved. But in the case of Waka Villas, for us it was truly excellent. It is the over all experience that accounts and the experience here was excellent.

Ultra clean with great attention to detail and service level. Rooms were super luxurious with water filtration and mosquito repellent. Nothing missed a beat.

Nothing at all

The location was unremarkable from the outside but once passing through the entry you are transported to a luxurious oasis. The villas are gorgeous and spacious and the pool for our unit was spotless and rejeuvenating. The staff was attentive and helpful. Our airline lost our luggage and the staff assisted in tracking it down and helping us find replacement clothing so that our vacation was not interrupted. The food on site was excellent and we thought our pad thai dinner there was one of the best meals we had in Asia. You will read this and think it sounds too good to be true but it isn't; it really was a fantastic place. If you are thinking about staying there, you should do so. It is worth it.
