Clean and tidy, once located easy to check in and check out. Good amenities and filter jug in fridge which was a nice addition.

Difficult locating the property. Despite the agent saying they had sent a video, none was received and by the time I tried to contact them it was 17.10 on a Friday hence no answer. Despite the address the actual access is located off Sloan Street through an archway and not on Camden Place. Due to the refuse workers strike lots of rubbish was piled high at the end of the alleyway. Fortunately this was the opposite end of the row to where the house is located and I appreciate this is no fault of the accommodation owner. Also the two children next door were awake at 4am. Again no fault of the accommodation owner but resulted in a poor night sleep.

The decor was lovely.

So difficult to find. One of the postcodes provided doesn’t exist in Birmingham and our taxi driver from the station gave up and left us to find it on foot. 4 women of 75+ and our luggage! A young female jogger kindly assisted us. The location is poorly served for restaurants and supermarkets if you don’t have a car with you. I object to having the information pack as an online file. What about people who don’t use devices? Digital radiators and kettle might be beyond some guests. I would describe this property as all style over substance. We opened a bottle of Prosecco and, not only were there no champagne flutes, but not even wine glasses for the four of us. There were three odd ones and we used a glass tankard as a fourth. Considering that this apartment is advertised for 6-8 guests, I thought this was woefully inadequate. Ill thought out furnishings. For the bedrooms lucky enough to have a bedside table, you had to get out of bed to access it. Similarly, to turn the lights out from the main switch.

it is a beautiful decorated apartment throughout. real attention to detail has happened here superb. Very spacious throughout.

The seating area needs more settes/comfortable chairs (for our needs) to watch the TV slept poor on the 1st night due to thin walls and people partying next door in 1 of the rented our apartments

Property met our needs perfectly and was very clean and tidy on arrival. Excellent location and good value for money.

Rubbish piled up at the communal entrance but this is not the fault of the property or the management company, this was due to the ongoing bin strikes in Birmingham. The area immediately next door is still being developed so is a little bit untidy but this should improve as its developed. Both aspects are not the fault of the property or management company

Beautiful house, very well equipped, clean and very quiet. The neighbourhood is being developed so it's a bit of a building site but once inside the house, it's fine. Very comfy beds and nice bathrooms.

A few early issues were ironed out with the cooperative and friendly staff.

Very clean ,10 min walk to city center Has everything you need with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which make the stay very comfortable

Clean spacious , stunning property - perfect for our girls weekend away. Easy walking distance into town. Facilities were perfect!

As you turn onto Sloane house through the gated entrance there were a lot of bags of rubbish gathered there. They weren’t connected to the house but walking past wasn’t a pleasant experience
