The decor was so homely and cozy we felt so comfortable and safe, the court yard was a plus with the sun out! Also in such a good place just a short walk from York City Centre but very peaceful around us.

"Cosy and comfortable."

Very comfortable little house within the city walls and a short walk to all the main tourist spots, bars and restaurants. Kitchen is tiny and toilet/bathroom are downstairs - but not a problem for us at all. Chocolate treats and prosecco on arrival were a nice touch. Small bathroom but fabulous powerful shower. No need for a car here (we travelled London to York by train in under 2 hours) but a parking permit is provided for on street parking if required. Really enjoyed our stay.

"Nice home in great location"

Close to town and train station. Very clean and comfortable.

The bedrooms are both upstairs and the bathroom is on the ground floor thru the kitchen. The stairs are steep and tight but might be an issue if someone is not completely mobile

"Love York esp when you get to stay so close."

Great location with parking huge plus.

Not use to a bathroom downstairs but it was fine.
