Everything! The chocolates and prosecco was a nice touch to feel welcomed!

That we aren't able to park just outside but i know it's a decision made by the York council it's out of the control of the host. We parked at the nunnery car park only 3 minutes walk away so it's still ok.

"It was ok for one night I guess."

The location

The property was dark which was quite scary especially at night, the lights were quite dim. One of the room lights wasn’t working and no one responded to the message on booking.com regarding this until the following day we checked out. (Only stayed for one night LUCKILY)

"Lovely house, perfect location and great host."

Very clean property with everything you would need for a stay away from home. The location is perfect and as described is only a 10 minute walk from the centre. The host was easily contactable and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again in the future.

"If you’re heading to York, stay here!"

Better than a hotel. Really clean and homely house. Perfect location in York. Lovely touches, like Prosecco and chocolates on the table and a great booklet with loads of info about York. Will definitely book again. Comms were good, getting keys etc was no problem at all.

Lovely cosy flat, close to town and car park
