RUThis vila is home to a very hospitable family of owners and the room on the top floor was cozy enough to stay there for a week and more. So great that there is a pool and thank you so much to the owner for helping me take my bike to the repair shop) I also liked that you can buy goodies downstairs at night when all the stores nearby are closed) I wish you prosperity and lots of joy from every day))) Thank you for your kindness and smiles)
That room where I was stay didn't have a window, but you can open the door to the balcony and there will be more light, but then it will be hot because of the weather.)) By the way... There are other options with windows in this house though!
CAThe property is really nice for the price! The beds were super comfy and the family that owns it is very nice. We had a bag go missing out of our taxi and the owner sent us so much security footage and helped us figure out what happened to it. The kindest owners!

USThey were very organized and detailed! Had a binder for hotel rules, pool hours, breakfast times and choices! When it was time to leave, the owner even personally ordered and showed me the Grab app to get around easier!

GBLuke and his wife were exceptionally attentive and consistently ensured that all our needs were met. They demonstrated a high level of trustworthiness and were extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Notably, when I requested fresh fruit for breakfast, they went out of their way to purchase it daily, at no additional cost, which reflected their genuine commitment to excellent hospitality.
The curfew - Although it did not impact us, as the timing of our tours allowed us to return well before it came into effect.
DEMy second time that I stayed in this amazing place. Booked for ten days, but ended up staying 2 months. Great location, superfriendly Hosts, Good amenities and just all around my favorite place in Vietnam.

UYWe originally planned to stay for just 10 days, but we ended up extending for a full month — that’s how great this place is! Minh Trang and Luke, the lovely couple who run the homestay, are incredibly friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The homestay is cozy, peaceful, and very well maintained. We asked to move to a larger room for the rest of our stay, and they managed everything in just a few days, offering us a fair and honest price. The location is also perfect — the area is beautiful and very quiet, yet it’s just a 5-minute ride from the Old Town. If you’re looking for a calm, welcoming place to stay in a great area, this is definitely it!
Great staff, easy to get around the area for all your travel needs. Anything you need can be either provided by the staff (including motorbike rental, laundry service) or they can arrange it for you. Great English spoken there. Great pool. This is a great place at a super affordable price
