NZWe stayed for 3 weeks and Really enjoyed our stay great 15min walk/ 5 min bike into old town. Easy to get to everywhere, large rooms, comfy large beds.would definitely come back to stay again Free bikes to use
WiFi sometimes a bit slow
USThe new owners were helpful, accommodating and went out of their way to make my stay excellent. The place is still being updated/renovated so there is room for improvement, but I would stay here again on a next trip to Hoi An. Very convenient location, a little outside the old town and touristy area, but as a result, quiet and showed the real side of Hoi An. The pool offered a welcome relief after long walks.
Nothing, everything was fine.
INThe owner is very, very helpful. They do your laundry for a small fee. Luc helped us by searching for things of interest on the local net which made everything much easier.

GBClean place and nice pool. Air con works and there’s hot water, breakfast available every morning
Says online that breakfast should be free which it wasn’t, it also says pastries and fruit are available which they’re not. Room was clean when we arrived but we stayed 5 nights and were not offered any kind of cleaning service, which led to the bathroom smelling as the bin wasn’t empty. We used the same towel the whole time we stayed.
GBThe staff were so friendly and helpful, genuinely nice people. If I went back to Hoi An, I would absolutely rebook here. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. I met one guy who was staying here for a few months and he was happy with the place The local area is great, lots of friendly people. There's a resident border collie that lives a few doors down and she is the best dog in the world! Nice little swimming pool too
There was a bit of damp in our room and some mould
BEEasily one of the best accommodations we stayed in during our trip through Vietnam. The room was great, the pool was very nice in the hot mornings in Hoi An, and the bicycle for free is really cool! You’d normally think that the accommodation is far from the city, but by bike is very easy and most importantly you’re free from the bustling touristic area. I can only recommend this place!

Everything were great
GBA bit far away from the centre, but you can use their bikes for free (great to go into town or to the beach). Super kind staff and cute neighbourhood, with nice viet cafes nearby and away from the mayhem of the city center
