Housing Alvarez by SharingCo

I liked that it was a residential area north of the city center but very close to Metro (3 blocks to Ventilla station) and had a small Mercado very close (1 block) to pick up drinks, snacks, and small groceries. It was comfortable and stocked with all the necessities.

As mentioned in other reviews, the shower had no door so water went everywhere. We also had a problem with the front door alignment to its lock so we needed two people to open the door...one to pull the handle very firmly and one to enter the code.

Well located

1. Very uncomfortable system of check in and paying deposit. Why do I book through booking but have to pay on random site the deposit? 2. The return of deposit only in 14 days, why?! 3. The pictures are not accurate, the place is quite wasted

Very clean and comfortable

I wish that they have more shelf in the bathroom so we can put our belongings up and in the bedroom as well and maybe a small mirror in the bedroom, but other than that, I was great 👍
