The apartment is bigger than i was expecting, very clean, everything functional. Nice & clean bathroom, nice towels. Air conditioning in all 3 rooms (bedrooms & living). Close to metro station.

The internet was really bad. I don't know why, but there were moments when it worked rerasonable, and moments (sometimes even a full day) when it didn't work at all. For us us it was really unpleasant, as we had to take some business video-calls and we missed some of them. Neighbourhood not the best, but we've never felt insecure.
