Very nice apartment. Very clean and comfortable with washing machine and dishwasher. Comfy beds and coffee machine.

The door didn’t always open and I was often stuck outside in the rain for 10 mins trying to get in. Friendly neighbours were helpful.

The shower needs a door so the water doesn’t splash thru the whole restroom

* Bed (double bed) not comfortable at all and noisy. * No toilet papers in washroom (had to buy our own). * The entrance door lock is very shady and sometimes it locks you inside forever.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Veronica was so helpful. It was close to amenities, we walked to the city centre.

Please put enough cleaning detergent. Also kitchen towel.

This flat is located near metro station Ventilla, approx 3-4 mins. walk. Flat is big with 2 separate bedrooms, kittchen and bathroom. I can recomeded.

After our arrive was in the flat very cold 11 C , outside was 7 , I think because the heating was off for longer time before our arrive . It tooks 2 days to increase the temperature to 19C . Whole family caught a cold.

Apartment was amazing. Good location, clean, comfortable, plenty of room, opening the door was simple no problems. The people in other reviews saying the lock was difficult clearly didnt read the instructions.

The iron doesnt work and leaked all over my trousers and the walls are quite thin but neighbourhood wasnt overly loud so wasnt much of a problem

absolutely loved this little hidden away gem out of the hustle & bustle of madrid. the metro station from the main station is less than a 5 min walk. super easy to get too. the apartment was extremly clean, very spacious, and extremly well equipped even had a dishwasher, washing machine & little cleaning pack with sponge dish cloth tea towel & dishwasher tablets i honestly couldn’t find one fault (except for the door to get in) the beds were super comfy & the wifi was amazing., there was also heating which considering it was -2 on 2 of the days this was an absolute godsend & a heated towel rack! there is a supermarket about 4 min walk. honestly this apartment is amazing & well worth the money. we will definitely use it again!

it’s not that we didn’t like it, but the key code to get into the apartment works fine & very secure but the door handle is extremly difficult to understand & 2 times i got locked out & the contact number didn’t work. there is videos showing you how to work the door handle but it didn’t help, but luckily a neighbour who spoke no english, helped us & showed us what to do with the handle without knowing the code. i thought the code to get in was a fab idea, just the handle could be a bit more straight forward or explained better

Everything was amazing, especially the vibe of Madrid. The flat was amazing, very esthetic and adequate to the price. Great advantage for that flat was air-conditioning (which was surprising in a good aspect)

Always using tricks while opening the doors ;) - that's the only thing that was a little strange, but it's ok
