21st floor cozy condo in the center of DT Atlanta

The building has helpful staff with someone at the door security desk most of the day/evening. Two security doors, one to the building, and one to the elevators to the main floors. The unit itself has been decorated with care, with a well-appointed small kitchen area, a nice view from the screened patio, and a comfortable sitting area in the living room. Although there isn't a real closet, the clothing rack and hangers were sturdy and helpful, and by including a luggage stand there are some thoughtful hotel amenities in addition to the benefits of being in a condo.

The floor with the unit was nice, but other floors clearly aren't quite as nice--I got off on the wrong floor and thought I'd made a mistake booking. The park outside has a fair amount of people sleeping and lounging in it, not enough to feel unsafe, but I had someone approach me every time I entered or left the building.

I thought the apartment was comfortable and easy to walk to the hotel where the conference was being held.

There were a number of unhoused people who were hanging out in front of the building at all hours, often asking for money or other things. There were also two incidents where someone was screaming in the middle of the night. It sounded like they were about to get into a fight. This was during the week, so I found it odd. The screaming lasted over 30 minutes and woke me from my sleep.

Exactly as advertised. Convenient location and well secured building. The staff was excellent and was able to message and get instant response during my stay. The apt was very clean.

I liked how clean it was when we arrived. Great views of the city!

There was a draft from the wind coming through the windows in the living room making a loud noise. When the wind blew really hard is the only time it would make the sound. Wasn’t annoying or anything. Just wanted y’all to know.
