Location to the beach was excellent and just a short walk into town. The house was very well appointed and ideal for families.

So close to the beach and not even a 10 min walk to the town. Loved the space, the comforts and the sun room.... we lived in the sunroom. It was so fabulous being able to feel like it was home away from home.

The road facing bedrooms could have done with net curtains, as the light was amazing but it did feel like being on display.

Very clean , calm fresh decor , lovely towels and bed linen , clean furnishings . Quiet , safe location with parking . Spacious, with comfortable beds and good showers .

The dehumidifier situation and restriction on opening windows for ventilation . The double bedroom /conservatory placement - the conservatory gets very hot , and we like a cool bedroom with fresh air . We had the one window that can be , open , but if the weather were warmer , we would have been very in comfortable- . I think the yard could be tidied up- the few weeds and broken pots removed and shrubs pruned , and some well placed potted shrubs would improve kerb appeal and give an attractive house wow factor!! Lots of lovely crockery and cutlery , a couple of larger cafetières would be good and dishcloths .

Property was lovely, very spacious. Ideal location close to beach and short walk to town. Cute cosy conservatory ideal for cosy evening.

The windows above some internal doors are a feature, however not very practical for keeping a young child asleep!

What a wonderful stay we had. We had a lovely few days away as a couple of friends and this was the perfect place. It is ideally situated just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a busy seaside town, but not too far that it was unpleasant to walk. The accommodation was really comfortable, with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was well stocked with all amenities, including washing liquid and comfort for the washing machine! This is also near to Joss Bay, probably my favourite bay along this coastline.

It's worth bearing in mind that the conservatory is through the main bedroom. Depending on your group, it may not be accessible to all.

Excellent location, close to the beach and a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Broadstairs. The house was in a quiet location and had all that we needed for our weekend stay. Beds were comfy, fully equipped kitchen and lounge was comfortable.
