Oceanfront 3BR/2BA, Ocean Reef, Waterpark

The water park for the children. My children & grandchildren enjoyed the pools.

I liked the location of the property.

The outdated look of the property, the broken and bent towel holder. I did not like the lack of cleaning detail, lots of staining on the ceiling and damp dust that resembled mold on the ceiling areas by air handling vents.

Great resort and Amenities

Our room had odor, needs updated. Mold on ceilings.

Location was good away from the crowd

The unit was very outdated. Wall paper peeling in the bathroom, fridge and washer and dryer were very old, rusted on the inside. We decided not to even use the kitchen. The chairs to the dining table were dirty. The place needs a lot of upgrades. Parking was horrible. There wasn't enough parking. If you're lucky enough to find a space it's best not to move your car.

Convenience to the beach

Not being able to use the water park or pool since we didn't have wrist bands. That was a bummer for my kids.

Great little water park with a slide for the kids, lazy river. Tiki bar was cool. It was great time with the family.

There weren't enough staff in attendance to run the water slide all week, but I expect that changes after memorial day.
