Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Clean. Shuttle to Broadway was very convenient. Bed was firm but comfy.

Location was good, hotel was clean and modern, beds were really comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely.

Did not like that you only have valet parking at $54 a night before tips when you search for a hotel that offers parking I didn't expect valet only.

They had a great selection for breakfast. The room was spacious. The refrigerator was a good size. Loved the walk-in shower. Loved all the electrical/electronic options.

They have a light ABOVE one of the closets. Unfortunately, it's not obvious where the switch is. I had left the light on expecting my husband to turn it off when he went to sleep. But he couldn't find the switch. At 4:30am, I found it quite by accident! Also, didn't like the $54 valet parking. Thankfully, we found a public space right out front!
