The location is about 20mins away from KLIA and KLIA2 which is very convenient if you are catching an early flight and are looking to stay somewhere near the airport. The suite itself is also near to a lot of eateries (e.g. Chinese foods mostly, beverage shops, etc.) within walking distance, as it's just opposite the Xiamen University, where you can see a lot of students hanging out there. The room is clean and comfortable, but nothing much to comment, as I am just there for less than 8 hours stay.

Dear Booking.com Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the last-minute cancellation of my accommodation booking. I had already made full arrangements to travel to the property, and the sudden cancellation just hours before my check-in time has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans. A situation like this does not only warrant a full refund, but also fair compensation for the losses, time, and effort affected due to this unexpected change. This is particularly frustrating as it is the second opportunity I have given this property owner. Following a previous unpleasant experience in December, I had hoped for improvement this time. Unfortunately, not only was there no improvement, but the situation has worsened with a same-day cancellation. While I do appreciate the owner informing me about the drainage issue beforehand — rather than discovering it upon arrival — the timing of this cancellation is unacceptable and has seriously impacted my trip. I sincerely hope Booking.com will take this matter seriously and ensure that more reliable and responsible property owners are maintained on your platform to protect customer trust and experience. Easy going. Easy check in and check out , room clean ! Toilet clean! Everything best, pool and playground clean no chlorine.
