Beds are made on arrival, bed linen and 2 towels are included, as well as final cleaning (except the kitchenette and dishes) for stays of 6 nights or less. Linen and two towels are included for stays of 7 nights or more. Reception is available at the residence Tourmalet located 755 feet away. During Winter season, the reception opening hours are: Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00. Friday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00 Saturday from 08:00 until 20:00. During Summer season opening hours are: Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00 Friday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00 Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 14:00 until 20:00 For stays of 6 nights or less, check in is from 15:00 and check out is until 11:00. For all other stays check in is from 17:00 and check out is until 10:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to contact the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Breakfast and bakery service must be booked the day before. Please note that one parking space is provided per reservation and additional covered car parking is available for an extra charge. All parking spaces are subject to availability and must be reserved upon arrival. Please note that maximum occupancy includes baby cots. Basic WiFi is available for free. Full WiFi access is at an extra cost. Please note if staying with a pet, the supplement is 9 EUR per day. There is a pet fee package for 50 EUR for the week.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "mooie omgeving"

helaas kwamen wij terecht in een appartement waarvan de vloer van het balkon kapot was.stukjes hebben we bij elkaar geveegd.tv ontving alleen Franse zenders die wij niet verstaan.algemene staat is zeer dringend aan vervanging toe.ik zou dit beslist niet aanraden tenzij je goed Frans spreekt zit je opgesloten in renovatie project. balkon boven ons hoofd vertoonde ook tekens van verval. wij zijn dan ook drie dagen eerder afgereisd.helaas zijn mijn foto's te groot om te uploaded..omgeving is schitterend..maar erg duur de faciliteiten plus neem visa card mee das enigste manier voor internet. die konden wij dus ook niet krijgen daar

Séjour bien organisé pour récupérer les clefs après 20 le Vendredi .Court séjour très agréable .Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.Juste petit bémol : Wi Fi non gratuit :dommage.

Hotel très calme avec vue sur la montagne. Animaux en liberté autour pour ravir les enfants. Équipement intérieur complet pour y rester quelques jours avec supérette à proximité.

Var der for å se Tour de France etappen over Col du Tourmalet. Helt greit opphold. Litt kjedelig å måtte vaske ut selv. Veldig dyrt å betale for det. Veldig dårlig lukt på rommet. Veldig kaldt på rommet selv om det var sommer.

(+):J'ai aimé la localisation, la vue superbe sur les montagnes, le balcon de grande taille, la propreté des lieux, le personnel très correct(à l'écoute)! Et surtout un excellent rapport qualité-prix! (-):une mauvaise isolation sonore n’assurant pas une grande tranquillité.

Résidence bien placée et bien aménagée. Visite des lamas tous les matins, génial! Service moyen, boulangerie de la résidence qui n'ouvre qu'à 9h00 du matin ?? Quand vous partez en randonnée, ça pose un problème!
