Beds are made on arrival, bed linen and 2 towels are included, as well as final cleaning (except the kitchenette and dishes) for stays of 6 nights or less. Linen and two towels are included for stays of 7 nights or more. Reception is available at the residence Tourmalet located 755 feet away. During Winter season, the reception opening hours are: Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00. Friday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00 Saturday from 08:00 until 20:00. During Summer season opening hours are: Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00 Friday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00 Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 14:00 until 20:00 For stays of 6 nights or less, check in is from 15:00 and check out is until 11:00. For all other stays check in is from 17:00 and check out is until 10:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to contact the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Breakfast and bakery service must be booked the day before. Please note that one parking space is provided per reservation and additional covered car parking is available for an extra charge. All parking spaces are subject to availability and must be reserved upon arrival. Please note that maximum occupancy includes baby cots. Basic WiFi is available for free. Full WiFi access is at an extra cost. Please note if staying with a pet, the supplement is 9 EUR per day. There is a pet fee package for 50 EUR for the week.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Nous avons séjourné avec nos enfants , c'était très Bien L appartement était propre et spacieux Par contre il faut oublier la piscine , elle est affreusement sale

"Emplacement exceptionnel"

Très bon séjour,emplacement propice à la détente dans un cadre magnifique. Dommage beaucoup trop court .Seul bémol;on nous donne pas trop d'informations a l'accueil que se trouve assez loin de la chambre.

"Heureusement, joli paysage"

L'hôtel est vieillissant et manque d'entretien, un peu à l'image de la station l'été, ou la majorité des commerces est fermée. Certainement bien pour faire de la randonnée ou du VTT du fait de l'installation sur les pentes du Tourmalet. Mais pas adapté pour un séjour détente.

"Cadre agréable, bien situé je recommande"

Rapport qualité / prix très bon. Très propre et confortable pour une famille de 4. Avons passé 4 jours en été, station en zone pastorale : animaux en liberté dans tout le village. Cela a beaucoup plu à nos enfants. Pour ceux qui voudraient y aller l'hiver : idéalement situé pour faire du ski. Je recommande vivement!

"Première expérience Résidence Pic du Midi"

Arrivée à la Mongie Mardi vers 13h. Accueil de l'hôtel fermé, MAIS, une note nous indique que le studio est ouvert, et les clés sont à l'intérieur. Nous nous rendons au studio. Comme convenu, studio ouvert. Clés à l'intérieur. Espace confortable, studio propre et très bien aménagé. Vue splendide sur la montagne, petit balcon.... Tout confort (lave vaisselle, micro onde, plaques cuisson...). Séjour sans anicroche. Personnel très serviable, à l'écoute, d'une incroyable gentillesse. Durée du séjour: 3j. Local a skis très pratique. Navette à 100m de l'hôtel permettant de se rendre "au bas de la ville ou sur les pistes". Départ Vendredi matin après avoir rangé, nettoyé le studio. La cuisine devant être propre. Le frigo vidé. Aucun soucis.

"Week end en famille"

Nous avons eu un week end super, par contre la distance à pied de l' hotel avec les chaussures de ski pour se rendre sur les pistes pas top. Sinon l'appart très bien, sauf l'absence de grill pain qui nous à fait défaut.

"Ceci n'est pas un hôtel"

Il s'agit d'appartement loués plutôt à la semaine, la résidence souffre d'un manque d'entretien visiblement chronique. Le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée. Le personnel d'accueil reste très correct compte tenu de l'assaut de réclamations auquel il doivent faire face. L'accès aux pistes de ski est difficile et le parking à l'arrivée un cauchemar.
