Beds are made on arrival, bed linen and 2 towels are included, as well as final cleaning (except the kitchenette and dishes) for stays of 6 nights or less. Linen and two towels are included for stays of 7 nights or more. Reception is available at the residence Tourmalet located 755 feet away. During Winter season, the reception opening hours are: Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00. Friday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00 Saturday from 08:00 until 20:00. During Summer season opening hours are: Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00 Friday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00 Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 14:00 until 20:00 For stays of 6 nights or less, check in is from 15:00 and check out is until 11:00. For all other stays check in is from 17:00 and check out is until 10:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to contact the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Breakfast and bakery service must be booked the day before. Please note that one parking space is provided per reservation and additional covered car parking is available for an extra charge. All parking spaces are subject to availability and must be reserved upon arrival. Please note that maximum occupancy includes baby cots. Basic WiFi is available for free. Full WiFi access is at an extra cost. Please note if staying with a pet, the supplement is 9 EUR per day. There is a pet fee package for 50 EUR for the week.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. peu d'avis sur la résidence car nous avons passé une seule nuit. Cependant le studio pour 4 personnes était parfait. Matériel complet et neuf. Literie impeccable. Vue imprenable. Nous y retournerons sans problème

une résidence ou tous les services sont payants, strictement rien n'est offert. Moisissure dans notre chambre, accueil très moyen le premier jour. Vaisselle incomplète, après l'avoir signalé, rien n'a été fait Superbe emplacement la vue est juste splendide, l'emplacement parfait...

"Accueil fermé transférer à l accueil du tourmalet"

Accueil transférer : pas pratique avec les valises et la poussette. Aurai été bien d'etres prévenu avant par mail ou sms. Cadre génial. Chambre correct. Personnel sympa avec animaux en liberte. Parking limité.

Sejour perturbe par des travaux a 10m de l appart, donc reveil a 8 h tous les matins. Apres l avoir signalé, solution proposée : changement d appart moyennant un surplus financier, comme si nous étions responsables de ce fait! Donc pas très arrangeants et ils n ont pas chercher plus, ils s en fichent ! Alors qu il restait pas mal d apparts libres à distance des travaux.

Rien a redire sur la chambre si ce n'est les morceaux de roches laissés en terrasse. Literie hyper dure pour ce qui aime moi perso un peu de mollesse ne m'aurait pas dérangé. A l'arrivée une caution de 200 euros vous est demandé sans aucun inventaire fait, à vous de vous en charger et de le signaler s'il manque quelque chose. Par contre pas de restitution à la sortie car là un inventaire sera fait mais sans vous et la caution détruite ou renvoyer à votre domicile. Cherchez l'erreur. Sinon site vraiment idéal pour la visite du pic du midi

"trop cher pour un 3 etoiles"

ce n'est pas un appartement à 3 étoiles! Les draps qui ne sont pas propres! s'il manque des choses, il faut payer en plus!! et l'appartement qui n'est pas très propre!! J'aurai mis 2 étoiles pour Pierre et vacances. Pour le prix, c'est trop cher, je n'y reviendrai plus!!!

"Bonne impression lors d'un WE prolongé"

Nous avons passé un WE prolongé dans cet hôtel. Ce fut plutôt agréable. Le studio est plutôt cosy mais le canapé lit n'offre qu'un confort sommaire. Les sensibles du dos peuvent en souffrir. Un peu loin du centre de la station, mais une navette gratuite vous y amene. Bonne impression générale.

"Très belle résidence"

La résidence est quasi neuve et les studio 4 personnes sont braiment très spacieux, ça change des Alpes. Résidence bien située, un petit peu en retrait du centre de la station, il faut prendre la navette. Par contre, très proche des pistes !
