Beds upstairs very comfy Clean and tidy Milk in the fridge

The stairs are steep and not good if you're up and down to the bathroom as it's on the ground floor. The bed downstairs isn't comfy at all. The heat during the night upstairs was unbearable maybe a little fan would help. The Pillows were useless and we had to improvise as there was no spares. The coffee had gotten damp in its pot and was unusable. Toilet roll was an issue. 2 cheap small rolls for a family of 5 is not enough and I was not best pleased at having to sit there waiting for hubby to go to the shop, and the toilet seat was the wrong shape for the toilet making it uncomfortable.

Very spacious, big rooms.

The door was very difficult to lock.

Loved size and facilities and really suited us. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Had to call at 3.30 for key code. Had to park a short walk away due to type of street.

Location was good! Property is modern and clean (attention to detail could be better!) Only half an hour to Alton towers (our reason for the one night stay) Had everything we could possibly want!

Rooms were very hot, a fan in the bedrooms would’ve been good! We arrived at 10.30pm, and although parking permits are provided, there was nowhere on the street to park.

Lovely and clean, had everything you need. The owner was very helpful and nice. Even provided milk, tea and coffee.
