Nice and spacious Easy to find Clean and tidy

Mattress in downstairs was very worn and lumpy, not comfy.

The home was lovely and tidy, there was amenities already there. Plenty of space and perfect for what we needed!

The mattress in the downstairs bedroom was not the greatest

There was nothing to like.

The house was discussing, everywhere was dirty. There was rats running around in the yard . The sofa was full of stains and you couldn't sit on it. The floor was covered in black marks which hadn't been cleaned. The pans in the kitchen were all scratched with what looked like food embedded in it. The kitchen cupboards were filthy. In the bathroom there was public hairs on the toilet and floor. On the landing the light fitting was coming away from the ceiling. In the upstairs front bedroom in one corner it looked like someone had been sick and just left there. The skirting boards going up the stairs was filthy. There is too much to mention. We didn't feel safe as the property was so bad. We had no option but to leave the property as it was too dirty to stay in. We asked for a full refund but didn't get one. If you have booked the property think again as you will be disappointed. After a long day at alton towers this was supposed to be a treat for my daughter and grandchildren but it turned out to be a nightmare.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and peaceful.

The bathroom was really cold, especially the floor. Location not so good.
