Very spacious and a lovely kitchen

Beds were very uncomfortable and springy. Traffic noise was incredibly loud.

Comfortable beds, near to where we needed to be.

Lack of cooking pots and pans, the kitchen was quite greasy and the washing machine was full of unwashed linen. More effort could be put into the cleaning, has the potential to be a great place to stay.

Presented very well- modern tasteful and comfortable. Looked just like photos presented. Communication with host was excellent.

Steep staircase to top floor (bathroom downstairs) but that’s nothing the host can change!

Excellent pre-stay communication with host and seemed very accommodating. Didn't speak to them afterwards as we arrived so late and left for Alton Towers early the next morning. As an overnight stay, it was fine. Milk in the fridge was appreciated, and although only 1 tea bag, the coffee jar was full!! The apartment on the whole was nice, particularly the living room, but from a personal view a little more attention to detail would have made it wonderful.

Personally, I found the beds a little uncomfortable. The bedside lamp in the ground floor bedroom wasn't quite 'bedside' being on the floor across the room! King-size bed was rwo singles pushed together, which left an uncomfortable ridge in the middle.

Very clean all what I wanted was happy with the house plus it is close to shops too

Pillows were useless and missing baking trays (well stocked otherwise)
