"The stay was fabulous , security guards are unfriendly"

Clean and quiet

Cabs are unable to enter premises , this is a disadvantage especially when having a lot of luggage. It is a loong walk to enter the building from the gate with no assistance.

"Yet another Booking.com scam."

This is a Scam. We booked it and then got asked a few hours later to cancel the booking as we were told that the Booking.com app double booked. They paid part of the money back but kept a service charge. Stay Away!

Excellent location and comfortable, spacious apartment

Neighbour(s) use of marijuana was excessive and caused the entire floor to have a very unpleasant odour. I would not want to live permanently in such an enviroment. The security guards were not helpful when we had to check in in the pouring rain - they did not communicate to the person waiting with the keys that we had arrived and they did not think it necessary to offer to share an umbrella when I had to go from the car to their office in the pouring rain. Very unwelcoming.
