Belina - Nine Palms Premier

Easy to check in and out. Clean. Had everything 2 people would need, very well equipped.

Lighting. Its very dark inside the property and it has dim lighting so doing things at night like getting preparing a meal or dressing up can be challenging. It is very hot in the apartment, much hotter than outside. Opening the door and window help a little and they do have fans to try to combat this but this is the only reason I wouldnt book here again. If they can fix the heat issue with extractor or an aircon, then I would use the property again.

Enjoyed my stay. Apartment was very clean and beautiful, the location is great too. Would stay there again :)

The cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment...

Nothing at all... It was a lovely apartment to stay in.

When you make the booking it is not clear where you pick up the keys and the security was not expecting me. I believe there may have ben a delay in my booking reaching the host to make the necessary arrangements. But the security was very helpful and made sure that I was able to contact the host, whom was so responsive and swift in ensuring that I get a room.

Location is exceptional. You have full access to century city and its surroundings.

Improve on flowers inside the apartment. They were bit old and faded.

The guy was a bit late but everything is fine

I could here the other room TV (movies and music) as the Tv is just mounted on the interleading door with no sound proof.
