Belina - Nine Palms Premier

New apartments. Clean and generally well equiped.

Poor water pressure and frustrating. Location was not the location on the initial booking. We had to be very close due to conference and the location proximity mattered a lot. So due the building site, the roads are not well mapped.

the location was good.

the fact that there was no aircon was a huge dissapointment, especially for the price charged. the units 312 and 506 was not as nice as previous ones which we rented.

It's a good place to rent if you want to sleep over for 1 night

Unfortunately this place wasn't ready when I arrived after 15h00. I could book in from 14h00 (according to the web page). No coffee cups, I wasn't been able to drink coffee after the whole day on the road. It's was so hot in there, no aircon. The wifi wasn't installed yet, a technician come to work in the unit when I just wanted to relax. I was very disappointed. I Unfortunately decided that I can't stay there and made other arrangements and left. I don't know how the bed felt, I never had a change to use it...nor the bathroom...the couch was comfortable where I sat till I left 40 min later

Clean room. There was complimentary bottle of water, juice, milk , tea and coffee to get one started. Bed was comfortable. The place is equiped with all basic utensils .a very lovely place .

Strict 10am checkout. And a bit of noise from the road.
