Located only 7 mins from Edinburgh Waverley Station. An Asda nearby together with a shopping centre. Not far to bus stop to visit Musselburgh no need for a car. Plenty of space with kitchen, bathroom 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, conservatory and a garden - just like being at home. Large screen TV to relax, when back from visiting Edinburgh The extras were really appreciated, bread, milk, butter, jams, cereal and ready made juice in fridge together with grapes and cookies.

How could you not like it!

Very nice house with parking in a quiet area. Within a walking distance you could get transportation to the city center and a big shopping mall. The hosts were very caring and helpful, making our stay very positive. Would definitely stay again.

The property was the most perfect home away from home while we were in Edinburgh. Dionne was the best host we have ever had — after overnight flights from the US she coordinated for us to check in early. Upon arrival there was fresh bread, milk in the fridge, Scottish treats. Such a thoughtful gesture. The home was very clean, had a beautiful sun room and while we didn’t get to spend as much time there as we would have liked (due to exploring Edinburgh and Portobello) it had everything you could need for an enjoyable stay no matter how many days. The home itself is conveniently located a 10 minute train or 30 minute bus from the city center. We will definitely stay again and be recommending to all looking for a lovely, quaint stay outside the touristy hustle and bustle of downtown. Ps. My family LOVED the coffee machine! 😂

All great , a second loo maybe?

Hosts left a nice selection of food and drinks when we arrived. Plenty of towels and all amenities you could wish for. Great welcome pack and wifi with smart tv so you can watch streaming services. Location is fantastic and ideal for the train, less than 10 mins into Edinburgh. Could not fault the facilities. Three great sized bedrooms and a shower that also accommodates disabilities. Highly recommended.
