"Excellent quality and cosy home"

Beautiful and cosy . The hosts have thought of everything and left us a welcome package of goodies 😉. The Xmas tree was a lovely touch. Exceptionally clean too. Fantastic location, only a couple minutes walk to the train station where you can get a train directly into Edinburgh. I would highly recommend this house.

"Cosy quiet retreat with an 8 minute train ride to centre of city."

Very comfortable home with all facilities you need for a few days away. Shower gel,shampoo,towels,welcome pack for breakfast . Comfortable beds and fabulous modern shower.Lots of storage in bedrooms too. Dining room with patio out the back. Garden was secluded and private and very quiet . Great idea to get into city was the 8 minute train ride costing £3 taking 3minutes to walk up to station and train right into Waverly. A real home from home.

Bathroom door does not lock but Kevin will sort that out.

A very spacious and comfortable stay for family with kids. The hosts were one of the best you could have. We experienced a high level of hospitality.

The post code is misleading and does not take you to the exact location. I suggest sharing a link with the location or using what3words to share the exact location.

Lovely, well equipped cosy house. Handy for Brunstane railway station. 15 minute walk to Portobello beach. Asda and Fort Kinnaird nearby.
