"Sensational property with great amenities"

Property was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing with the little extras. When we arrived they had left milk, bread, Nespresso pods, jam, butter, lots of towels for everyone and great toiletries. Beds were also comfortable and snug with an amazing garden to sit out in. The city centre was easy to get to on the train, only 8 min to town(Royal Mile) but just far enough to be away from the crowds. If coming back to Edinburgh would definitely stay again all 5 adults were very impressed

The property is beautifully decorated and situated in a good location which gives easy access to all beautiful places of Edinburgh. It gave us homely feeling and very pleasant stay. Cleanliness is superb and all beds very comfy including mattress and cushions.

We didn’t find anything such.

Location for the train into edin was great and close to large Asda supermarket. Very clean and fresh interiors. The little touches were very practical and helpful, milk, shower gel, hot chocolate as well as laundry and dish tablets.

The property had a few scented plug ins which we found overpowering and wanted to turn off. The property was missing a bathroom bin, but these are just little things. We had a great stay and it really suited our family.

Great Hospitality!! The place was very tidy and clean. Never expected the hygiene to be that good. Amazing focusing on the small details and fully loaded with daily supplies. I strongly recommend the setting 100%.
